MEETING OF NAZI CABINET
LONDON, September 9.
A Nuremberg dispatch states that the Chancellor, Herr Hitler, who is attending the Nazi Party Congress there, held a midnight meeting of members of Cabinet and experts to consider the nation's attitude towards Russia in the event of a rupture between Italy and Russia, which is now considered most likely.
