NATIONAL MUTUAL CUP
TOMORROW'S SENIOR MATCH
The local Rugby football championships over, inter-club match play for the season is to conclude tomorrow with the annual challenge match for .the National Mutual Cup. The event is to take place at Athletic Park, and it has every promise of being a keen and interesting encounter. The champions are challenged for the trophy, and on this occasion the Wellington Rugby Union had to choose one of a number of challenging teams. Hutt were selected, and they will play Athletic in what should be a really good finale to this season's club football. Hutt's form in the second round of the championship competition was at times convincing, and it is to be expected that the suburban side will make a bold bid tomorrow against the champions, who, of course, will be keen to complete a successful season by winning the "double."
Prior to the senior match the primary school representatives of Hutt Valley and' Wellington will be seen in action, and this event should be an excellent curtain-raiser.
