CHARGE DISMISSED
In the Lower Hutt Court today Albert Christian Hjalmar Beu was charged with negligently driving a motor-car in Waterloo Road. He pleaded not guilty, and after Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M., had heard the evidence he dismissed the charge.
