A message from Silver Spring, Maryland, • states that a tayern argument became a highway d,uel in which motorcars were used as weapons. It resulted in the deaths of Arnold Wolf, aged 22, and Roy Butler, 20, when a car driven by the former skidded 100 feet and crashed into a pole after colliding several times with a car driven by John Wingrove, 19, who was not hurt. He was arrested and charged with manslaughter and reckless driving.
