SELECTORS' CHOICE

Messrs. A. C. Kitto (Wellington) and J. %. Moloney (Christchurch), the selectors-appointed by the N.Z.A.A.A. council, submitted a list of those whom they think may be possibilities and wouthy of consideration for the Empire Games. In a covering letter Mr. Kitto suggested that the centres could be advised to request their respective athletes to commence > training, say, early in September.

The list is as follows, with an asterisk after the names of athletes the selectors consider should be given preference in the event of the council wishing to reduce the number:—
