A LULL IN TRADING

Industrials were irregular on the Sydney Stock Exchange today. The market was in a hesitant mood, with a lull in trading. Metal stocks were generally steady.

On the Melbourne Stock Exchange today the market was a shade easier, particularly Barriers.
Taranaki Oils were firm on .buying attributed to New Zealand.
