ORPHANS' CLUB

FRIENDS ENTERTAINED Year by year the cheerful people who entitle themselves "Orphans" give a- most pleasant entertainment to many friends, when the arrangements made are always, well carried out, with a concert, supper, and dancing as part of the enjoyments offered. The Masonic Hall on Saturday night was the scene of this ' year's event. Brightly-coloured "decor" was a feature, red, blue, and orange. being the tones used, with wide fringes of crepe paper radiating from the central electrolier to the walls. Odlin were acceptable to all who love flowers as well as adding to the effect of the decorations. .
