NEW DESTROYERS LAUNCHED

(Received September 4, 1.40 p.m.) RUGBY, September 3.
Messrs. Vickers-Armstrongs today launched from their naval yard at Walker-on-Tyne the two destroyers.Eskimo and' Mashoria. The two vessels were put into the water within a few minutes. The destroyers are'of the large Tribal class. They are of 1850 tons displacement, with turbine engine* to develop 44,000 horse-power.
