' TALK BY MRS. MCKEEN

There was an enthusiastic meeting of members of the Women's Guild of St. James's Church, Newtown, o» a recent afternoon, when Mrs. R. McKeen gave a short address on her travels in EnglßPd, Mrs. A. G. Gardiner presided.

W.hen in Edinburgh Mrs, McKeen visited the Scottish National War Memorial. This, she said, was one of the world's most wonderful memorials, depicting in stone and bronze the deathless deeds of the sailors, soldiers, nurses, and others who took part in the Great War. .At the conplusion of Mrs. McKeen's remarks there was a. general discussion about the places described, and the meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the speaker. ;
