MELBOURNE, September 3. On the Melbourne Stock Exchange today the markets were irregular. Sales:—Howard Smith, 21s 6d; G. J. Coles, 97s 6d; Drug Houses of Australia, 25s 6d; Australian Iron and Steel, pref., 27s 9d; Cox Bros., 235; Felt and Textiles, 41s 6d.
