The following are additional results in the basketball tournament:—West Coast 29, Te Kawau 5; Wairoa 15, Bush 14; Manawatu 26, Waikato 19; Wellington 25, Hawke's Bay 6; Taranaki 20, Ashburton 18; South Canterbury 21, Wairarapa 1; North Auckland 24, Hawke's Bay Minor 23; Southland Minor 17, Hutt Valley 10.
