MR. JUSTICE O'REGAN
PERMANENT JUDGE
COURT OF ARBITRATION
It was announced today by the At-torney-General (the Hon. H. G. R. Mason),1 in the absence of the Acting Minister of Labour (the Hon. P. C. Webb), that his Excellency the Gover-nor-General had appointed Mr. Justice O'Regan to be permanent Judge of the Court of Arbitration, to 'fill the vacancy left by the recent death of Mr. Justice Page. Asked whether another Judge was to be appointed, Mr. Mason said that no other immediate change was contemplated by the Government.
