MAN WHO DECIDED TO SLEEP ON MARAMA
SYDNEY, August 26. The 'Sun" states that William Pat* kinson, aged 19, is .unable to leave the Marama, which arrived last night from New Zealand, because he does not know his real1 name and cannot find his foster-parents. The Marama left Wellington on August 9 for Por* Stephens. ■ Parkinson said he had been to * dance'and decided to sleep on tha Marama. He went into the saloon and was soon fast asleep. When he awoke next morning the vessel, was at sea. . He says he has 'foster-parents in Sydney. He also claims that Sydney is his birthplace and that he was adopted by the Parkinsons as a baby. . If he cannot find his foster-parenU he will be returned to New Zealand.
