SYDNEY, This Day.
The :Full Court of the Supremf Court dismissed with costs an application by Beaumont Tudor Shiel that the proprietors and the publisher of "Smith's Weekly" should be dealt with for alleged contempt of court for haw ing published an article which was likely to prejudice the fair trial of an action begun by him against Lady Kingsford Smith, executrix of the will of .the late Sir Charles Kingsford Smith. ».'■ ■'-.-■ ■■ -■
