BELFAST VISIT
GREATLYENJOYED
(British Official Wireless.) (Received July 30, 1.20 p.m.) ■ . " ' RUGBY, July 29. The King and. Queen returned to London from Belfast this morning, having travelled by train after they landed from the Royal yacht, in which they had crossed the Irish Channel. In the course of a message to the Governor of Northern Ireland, wirelessed from the Royal yacht, the King referred to the splendid success attending the efforts, of those who had prepared the arrangements for the visit, and continued: "The Queen and I will always remember this day spent among our people of Northern Ireland. It was a moving experience for us to see their traditional loyalty manifested in the vast cheering crowds and beautifully decorated streets. It was also as great happiness to us to receive their truly affectionate greeting. Please tell the people of Northern Ireland how deeply grateful we are and how much we enjoyed our visit." The arrangements in Belfast were quite unaffected by various acts of incendiarism along the Free State border ascribed to extreme Irish Republicans.
