SEAMEN INJURED

Two seamen were.injured yesterday evening as a result of being struck by vehicles. Both were taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance. A. Hansen, of Norway, received a fractured right thigh when he was struck by a motor-truck in ' Miramar Avenue at 7.35 p.m. D. Cromie, of 92 Webb Street, received a contused wound to the forehead and concussion when he was knocked down by a tram at the Bank of New Zealand corner at about 4.45 p.m.
