Negotiations have been completed for the sale of the Midland Hotel, Palmcrston North, to Mr, E. ae Tourret, of Wanganui, states "The Post's" Palmerston North representative. The purchase price was in the vicinity of £17,000. This is the second hotel sold in Palmerston North during' the past' week. .
