NEMESIAS
These South African annuals are gaining popularity, raid very rightly. The flowers have a wide range of colours and seed of separate colours may be purchased. There is a .variety recently introduced —cpmpacta—which makes "neat plants which are a mass of bloom. These are', more suitable than the larger sorts for edging borders or beds. In warm seaside gardens nemesias may be had in bloom practically throughout the year but they will not stand any severe frosts. They like a light, sandy soil, and the warmest position possible in full sunshine.
