FOREIGN MINISTERS IN LONDON
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 14. Graaf Van Limburg Stirum, the new Netherlands Minister to London, will reach London by air on Friday and will be received by the King next Tuesday for the presentation of his credentials. He succeeds Jonkhecr de Marees Van Swinderen, who has been Netherlands Minister in London since before the war. From 1916 to 1921 Graaf Van Limburg Stirum. who is 04 years of agfi, was Governor-General of the Dutch East Indies. He was Minister in Berlin for ten years until the end of lastyear. Count Preben Ferdinand AhlefeldtLaurvig, G.C.V.0.. Danish Minister in London for the last 15 years, is to return at the end of this year ,and Count Reventlow, Danish Minister in Stockholm, has been announced as Ms successor. Count Reventlow was Charge d'AfTaires in London from 1913 to 1911), and later Permanent Under-Secretary at the Foreign Ministry.
