MOSCOW, July 15. | A telegram signed by the head of the Soviet Government, M. Joseph Stalin; the President of the Soviet of People's Commissars, M. Molotov; the Commissar for War, M. Voroshilov; and other Soviet leaders has been sent to the successful trans-Polar airmen, | stating: J "We admire your heroism and skill in achieving a new victory for the Soviet aviation. The toilers of the Soviet arc proud of your success."
