A CORRECTION
The report of a charge o£ preparing meat contrary to. regulations, against John Hughes, published on July 0, made it appear that evidence and comments from the Bench related to tho condition of the refrigerator and sausage machine used by the defendant. Actually the evidence did not refer to these but to the condition of the ceilings of the refrigerator and the room containing the sausage machine; and the evidence further showed that the ceilings had been kalsomined since the charges were laid.
