NORTH CANTERBURY FREEZING COMPANY. The directors' proposals for a reorganisation o£ the capital of the North Canterbury" Sheep Farmers' Co-opera-tiv. Freezing Company have been approved by shareholders. The scheme entails the reduction of the capital of the company from £200,000 to £100,000, the cancellation of uncalled share liability of £50,570, writing down capital by 10s a share to provide a renewals and repairs reserve of £14.142, and a cash refund of 10s a sham.
