DONAGHY'S ROPE AND TWINE
Proposals to increase the capital of the Donaghy's Rope and Twine Company by £28,000, and to increase the value of fixed assets to the extent of £11,750, will be considered at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the company. The directors point out that if the resolutions embodying the changes are carried the earning power of the company will in no way be altered, and it is not to be inferred that the sum which for some years has been set aside annnually for payment of dividends will be increased.
