A STRANGE ACCIDENT
Three people were electrocuted in Braga (Portugal) recently when a high tension electric cable fell across railings surrounding a priest's garden. A dog was chained to the railings, and though it sustained shocks, its collar acted partly as an , insulator. The priest's niece rushed to the rescue of the dog, caught hold of its chain, and fell dtad. A gardener's wife and a labourer who went to the assistance of the girl were also killed instantly. Tha dog survived.
