The directors of Denhard Baxenes, Ltd., Wellington, report a net profit for the year ended April 30 of £7237, as against £3158 for the previous, year. The" balance brought forward was £1279, making a total available of £8516. The directors recommend a final half-yearly dividend, making ■ 8 per cent, for the year, on preference shares, £2000; a final dividend of 2 nor cent, on ordinary capital, making 4J per cent, for the year, £1394; and to carry forward, £1330. The dividend On ordinary shares in Ilia prsvious year was 6 per cent.
