NOT ENOUGH ROOM
CROWDED CONFERENCE

HAMILTON, This Day.
The chairman, Mr. A. Moreton, and several delegates to the National Dairy Association's annual meeting today severely criticised the lack of accommodation for the National Dairy Federation Conference, which opened today. Mr. Moreton stated that in future the conference must be held in a place weher there would be sufficient accommodation. New Plymouth had guaranteed such accommodation. Other members suggested Palmerston North. The matter was held over till later in the conference.
The Postmaster-General (the Hon. F. Jones) left this afternoon for Thames, where tomorrow he will lay the foun-dation-stone of the new post office. He will travel to Auckland from Thames, and will fly back to Wellington on Saturday.
Sittings of the Arbitration Court will be held in the following towns on the dates given:—Timaru. July 12; Christchurch,' July 16: Blenheim, July 23; Nelson, ' July 27: New Plymouth. August 3; Wanganui, August 9; Palmerston North, August 12; Auckland, August 18.
