INTOXICATION CHARGE

Charged with being intoxicated in charge of a motor-car in Riddiford Street yesterday, William Alexander Morris, a carrier, aged 65, appeared before Mr.H. P. Lawry, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. He pleaded not guilty, and was remanded to appear next Friday, bail being fixed at £25 with one surety of that amount. He was fined 10s and costs for failing to renew his driving licence.
