Prima facie, that justified any action necessary to fulfil the desires of the maiority, but there was some doubt whether he had the power to make the order asked for. He would reserve his decision, and consider the matter carefully to see.if there was any order that could be made in his jurisdiction. Johnson conducted his own case. The respondent-secretaries were represented by Mr. E. P. White (for Sullivan Bros., of Sydney). _
