SHORT OF HOOKERS
THE SPRINGBOK TEAM
COMING AS GUESTS
(Received May 19, 11 a.m.)
CAPE,TOWN, May 18.
At' a farewell luncheon at Durban to the Springbok footballers Siedle and Walker gave a Maori war cry. Mr. Paul Boos reminded the team that they were invited as guests, not as opponents to show the best South Africa had, and also to learn. '
Critics anticipate that the team will be short of efficient hookers, and that the pack will be relied upon to overcome, the deficiency.
