INVERCARGILL SESSION

INVERCARGILL, May 18,
The quarterly session of the Supreme Court opened in Invercargill today, Mr. Justice Kennedy.presiding.
Cyril James Clark appeared for sentence on two charges of breaking, entering and theft, one charge of breaking and entering with intent, and one charge of attempted breaking and entering with intent. He was sentenced to be detained for reformative purposes for a period of eighteen months "i each charge, the sentences to be concurrent.
William Peter Clarkson, aged .21. pleaded guilty to a charge of unlawful carnal knowledge and was admitted to probation for one year. '
William Robison Middlemiss. labourer, was found guilty on a charge of incest and was remanded in custody for sentence. ;
