COMMERCE CHAMBER'S HOPE
(By Teleeraph—Press Association.) . N DUNEDIN, May 18. A meeting of the Chamber of-Com-merce tonight discussed the revised school-leaving age and carried the following resolution:— "That this chamber approves of the proposal to raise the school-leaving age to 15 years, and commends the Government for its decision to hold a conference to consider the question of the employment of youths and expresses the hope that as the outcome of the conference the present legislative restrictions will be removed.
