Schedules of conditions under which tenders will be received and trapping permits issued and maps showing the blocks into which the areas are divided for trapping rights may be inspected at . the Town Clerk's Office, at Wellington, Petohe, Upper Hutt, Featherston, and Palmerston North. Tenderers must state the amount to be paid to the Wellington City Council for each block separately. The names of persons proposed to be included in the party along with at least one reference of character of tenderer from a person of high standing must be forwarded with the tender.
