Bellevue Lodge (Lower Hutt).—Bro H. G. Haines, N.G., presided, over, s good attendance. Accounts totalling £13 19s 2d were passed. The D.D.G:M. (Bro. R. H. DeLaney) installed the offii cers for the ensuing term, the follow« ing being the executive officers:—Bros, H. G. Haines, J.P.G.; E. Hurrell, N.G.; W. Porter, V.G.; A. W. H. Turner, financial secretary; C. Davison, recording secretary; R. Macdonald, treasurer. On behalf of the lodge, the" D.D.G.M. pre? sented Bros. Orvis and Grimes with Past Grand collars for services rendered. The" evening concluded with a table tennis.tournament. ;■..-.■ Pride of Karori Lodge.—The fort? nightly meeting was presided over by. Coughlp was reported to be still brithe sick list. Tha sick visitors' report was received Sister A. Vardey was elected to fill tha office of Worthy Associate and Bra G. Westbrooke to that of conductor -Bro. Parsons, M.W. chaplain, installed these officers; " Sister Devereux,. who represented the lodge at the national division meetting held in Rangiora at Easter gave an interesting report, showing the progress made during the. year. She pointed out that the -.division would now pay 25s per week sick pay instead of 20s to male mmbers and.l 23 6d instead of 10s to females, as well as £50 and £25 death allowance, instea of £40 and £25 respectively..
