MANOR PARK GOLF CLUB
A very enjoyable evening was spent by the members of the Manor Park Golf Club at the Brown Owl Cabaret recently, the occasion being a wedding anniversary of the president of the club, Mr. Butler. The hon. secretary of the club, Mr. J. L. Barnard, presented, on behalf of the members, a silver tea service to Mr. and Mrs. Butler to commemorafe the evening as well as being some tangible evidence of the appreciation of the members for the services rendered to the club by Mr. and Mrs. Butler over a number of years. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Radford. Mr. and Mrs. Sawyers, Mr. and Mrs. S. Hough, Mr. and Mrs. Barnard, Misses Kerr, King, Nash, Fairbrother, McColl, Murtagh, Clouston, and Messrs. Fell, Cockburne. Payne, Stanley, Gow, and Allen. The arrangements for the evening were made by Messrs. Duncan and Sawyers.
