THE KING AND QUEEN
CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES
(Received May 12, 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 11. The King and Queen dined quietly at Buckingham Palace this evening/ after which they retired early. Congratulatory Coronation messages continue to arrive from foreign rulers. They include one from the Emperor of Japan, who is conferring the Order of the Chrysanthemum on the King and the Order of the Crown (first class) on the Queen.
