North-westerly winds of strong to gale force.

Weather cloudy to overcast with rain at times, more especially in the ranges. Mild temperatures.

Rain may be expected in districts with a northerly aspect from Kawhia southwards and gradually extending over most of the country. Temperatures will be mild.
