MORTGAGE RELIEF
LIST OF APPLICANTS
A-list of all applicants for the adjustment of .'liabilities under the Mortgagors and Lessees Rehabilitation Act has been prepared by each Registrar ol the Court of Review, and a copy has been sent to Registrars of the Supreme Court at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, where they may be inspected by persons interested free of charge.
This move byihe Justice Department was the result of representations by the New Zealand Law Society. There were fifty-two places in New Zealand where applications could be filed, and consequent difficulty in checking up on applicants. i
