"IT ISN'T DONE"
Coming to the St. James,
"It Isn't Done," which is to be released by British Empire Films at the St. James Theatre next Friday, brings again to the silver screen the brilliant personality of Cecil Kellaway, the great Australian stage and screen star. Cecil Kellaway, "who is world famous, declares that he has never starred in a finer picture than "It Isn't Done." On being interviewed after the successful premiere at Sydney he said: "'lt Isn't Done' will convince the world that Australia can make pictures—pictures that will be remembered by all." Two other outstanding stars in this picture of whom we have heard so much lately are Shirley Ann Richards and John Longden. Cecil Kellaway says that Miss Richards is a most delightful young lady both on the screen and off, and that she is destined to occupy an important place in the film world. John Longden, the young Englishman who stars opposite her, has a charming personality, acting ability, and is well cast in this outstanding picture.
