A FARMER'S DEATH
LONG-DELAYED INQUEST
NORTH AUCKLAND SHOOTING

AUCKLAND, This Day,
On Wednesday, May 19, an inquest concerning the death of Ernest Severn I Nelson, farmer of Waihou Valley, North Auckland, will be resumed at Kaikohe | almost a year after he was shot in the back of the head when walking one evening along the drive leading from his pjoperty to the main road. It is expected that eighteen witnesses will be called. Police officers who took part in the investigations will be in attendance.
