ULSTER'S VIEWPOINT
PRIME MINISTER TO CALL ON MR. BALDWIN
■ LONDON, May 2. The: "Sunday Dispatch" says the Prime Minister of Northern Ireland (Viscount Craigavon) is expected v .to call on the Prime Minister (Mr. Stanley Baldwin) shortly to discuss Ulster's viewpoint in connection : with Mr. ~. de Valera's claims that he has set up an all-Ireland Constitution. It is thought in Belfast that Britain cannot ignore Mr. de Valera's action in this connection. . , It is anticipated that British law officers will consider the situation's aspects in reference to the Anglo-Irish Treaty.
