CORONATION SHOW
LARGE ATTENDANCES
SIDESHOWS DRAW WELL
The Coronation Show is now in full swing. The attendances on Saturday afternoon and evening were very satisfactory, being rather above those at the last show, but doubtless the fuller Saturday holiday assisted. A few of the stall-holders are still putting the finishing touches ,to their displays of goods, but the'majority are busy doing business. The Nelson Court stands out as a finely-arranged stall. If the displays are any guarantee of the wants of the public, motor-cars and radio outfits claim the greatest interest. There are, of course, all the familiar household wants in cooking appliances and cleaners, etc. Moving exhibits in some of the trades are given full attention. The parades and evening entertainments attracted crowds on Saturday night. There is a fashion parade nightly at 8.30, and on Wednesday the second round of the popular marching and dancing displays will take place. Judging is proceeding, and soon .the tickets will be up on all the competitive events. -■: .-.., .
