NO MAMMOTH MENUS
CONSERVING FOOD IN GERMANY

LONDON, April 28.
The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" reports that in "order to conserve food .-supplies, restaurants, from May 1, will be forbidden to prepare mammoth menus.
Table d'hote meals will be limited to three courses and hors d'oeuvres to ten varieties of stews, ten varieties of steaks, and . six of omelets. Sausage varieties, however, will be unrestricted.
