TOR-ALL PARTIES
EMPIRE PARLIAMENTARY 5 CONFERENCE

LONDON, April 28.
The representation at the forthcoming Empire Parliamentary Conference has been amended to include representatives of all parties in every Dominion and colony, mostly back-benchers, but including a Cabinet Minister irom each Dominion. The Conference will open at Westminster on May 3, and will conclude on May 7, when the King will.attend a luncheon in Westminster Hall to 65 delegates and their wives.
The Conference will embrace daily debates on a wide range cf subjects, and in which delegates will.speak freely, the speeches not being reported.
