Vienna, said Professor L. A.-Gordon when' addressing the Y.W.C.A.-Y.M.C.A. Travel Club.last evening, with its mag-, nificent.tradition of dancing and song, had been a very disappointing, city to him. Poverty was \ plainty evident, and every thirty yards in the main, street was'a beggar—many of them on their knees in an attitude of prayer. Everything was in an atrocious state of disrepair. ,
