LONDON, April 28.
"There, seems to be no sticking power in the markets," expressed the gloomy conclusion of many in the City after a morning's rally. Business tailed off into a dismal selling afternoon. A heartening change in sentiment, however, is reported from the Continent and the Vienna, Budapest, and Prague bourses made good most of yesterday's heavy falls in values.-.
