Results were:— 440 yds men's free-style: E. Toase, if D. Reid, 2. The only starters. Time, smin 42sec. 100 yds women's backstroke: J., Harris, 1; c; Abernethy, 2; S. Mackay, 3. The only starters. Time, lmin 26 4-5 sec.
