PROBATION FOR THEFT

DANNEVIRKE, March 11.
Pleading guilty to three separate charges of fraudulently converting to his own use sums totalling £48 17s 6d, the property of the Dannevivke County Council, thereby committing theft, Oliver Scott, 36 years; of age, a clerk until recently in the council's employ, was admitted by Mr. .1. Miller. S.M.. to two years' probation, Restitution is to be made oi the amount taken.
