COLLEGE SWIMMING
ST. PATRICK'S SPORTS
The annual swimming sports of St. Patrick's College were held at Te Aro Baths yesterday. The weather was dull and an occasional shower tended to chill the ardour of the numerous competitors and their supporters. In a heat of the 25yds junior championship R. Hassett equalled the existing record of 15sec. The senior championship and Raymond Power Collins Trophy for the year was 'won by B. Sheehan, S. Quill being the runner-up. The intermediate championship was won by P. Travers with O. Gray as runner-up. The junior championship was won by L. Denton, the runner-up being R. Hassett. The detailed results are as follows:—
