TEA MARKETS
According to private advices received in Wellington the.Colombo tea market this week was a little irregular owing to quality now commencing to fall off. Prices closely followed quality. The London market was strong with prices unchanged. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, March 10. Mr. L. M. Wright has received the following cabled report on the Colombo tea auction of March 9: At yesterday's auction of 1,875,0C01b (he quality of the offerings showed a decline and prices followed quality, being irregular and easier at the close of the sale. The quantity to be sold next week is 21 million pounds.
