AIR TRAVEL (N.Z.), LTD.
An increase in capital from £3000 to £10,000 has been authorised by Air Travel (N.Z.), Ltd., ranking pari passu with existing ordinary shares. The new capital will be offered to shareholder's in the proportion of two new shares for every one now held. The capital is required for the purchase of twin-engined aeroplanes to extend the company's service to meet the rapid expansion in passenger traffic and mail and goods carried.
